Self-Installation:

Returns:

SoftDecks Return Policy

At SoftDecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return policy below.

Standard Items:

  • You may return any standard, non-customised items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover processing and inspection costs.

Customised Items:

  • Customised items, including those with personalised designs, are considered final sale and are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for customised items unless there is a defect in the product or an error in customisation.
  • In the case of a defect or customisation error, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return or report a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customerservice @softdecks.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging, if applicable, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above, and place a new order for the item you want.
